A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Associate (5+ PQE) to join its growing team based in Leeds or Bradford.

This role offers the opportunity to handle a varied and high-quality caseload of property disputes while playing an active role in the continued growth of the department. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues, supervise junior team members, and contribute to the strategic development of the team.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of property and commercial property disputes
• Handle complex and high-value matters with a high degree of autonomy
• Supervise and mentor junior fee earners and support staff
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support networking, marketing, and business development activities
• Work closely with senior leadership on the growth and strategy of the department

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in property litigation
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to run matters independently
• A confident fee earner with a commercial mindset
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior colleagues is desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
