Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor: Fylde Coast
Location: Fylde Coast, Lancashire
Salary: Competitive / Excellent Salary DOE
PQE: 5+ PQE
Working Pattern: Full-Time, Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary law firm on the Fylde Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join a highly regarded local team, taking over an established caseload and working closely with the Head of Department to develop and grow the property offering.

The firm has an excellent reputation across the local area and has been established on the Fylde Coast for nearly 100 years. You would have the option to work form multiple locations along the Fylde Coast including hybrid/remote working.

The Role You will manage your own varied caseload covering both Residential and Commercial Property, acting for a broad range of private clients, businesses and investors.

Your caseload is likely to include:

  • Residential sales and purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Commercial property sales and acquisitions
  • Commercial leases and lease renewals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Property development and investment
  • Property finance and related transactions

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' PQE in Property Law
  • Strong experience across Residential and Commercial Property
  • Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Commercially aware and forward-thinking approach
  • An interest in business development and developing the Property offering
