Associate/ Senior Associate / Legal Director – Banking and Property Finance

About the Role
The role sits within a well-established Banking and Property Finance team of 13, including a partner with over 30 years of specialist experience. The team operates like clockwork, with property finance lawyers, banking lawyers, and corporate lawyers working seamlessly together on complex, high-value transactions.
The successful candidate will advise commercial lenders across a range of secured lending transactions, including:
- Commercial and agricultural property finance
- Property portfolios and development finance
- Structuring and executing bespoke funding solutions
This position involves regular client contact and would suit someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, delivers pragmatic legal advice, and enjoys working to deadlines in a fast-paced yet well-supported setting.
What They’re Looking For
- Ideally 5+ years PQE (flexible for the right individual)
- Extensive experience in property finance or commercial property funding transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent organisational, drafting, and IT skills
- A proactive and solution-driven mindset
