Property and Finance Litigation Solicitor

Location: Manchester
Salary: Dependent on experience
Experience: NQ – 7 PQE (all PQE considered)
Working Pattern: 3 days WFH, 2 days Office-based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property & Finance Litigation Solicitor to join a small, close-knit litigation team in Manchester.
This is a fantastic chance to work alongside an experienced Partner within a growing department handling a caseload of high-calibre, complex litigation matters on behalf of high-profile private equity companies and financial institutions.

The Role

• Property litigation
• Commercial litigation
• Debt recovery matters
• Acting on behalf of lenders

This is a busy and high-performing department, dealing with clients all across the UK with work regularly referred from the firm's London office.

The Ideal Candidate

• NQ–5 years’ PQE (more senior considered)
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to level of experience
• Experience running a caseload independently
• Background in commercial and/or property litigation
• Debt recovery experience essential
• Commercial awareness and market understanding
• Excellent client care skills with a proactive approach
