Private Client Solicitor – Leamington Spa – £35,000 to £55,000

My client is a long-established and highly respected regional law firm with deep roots in Leamington Spa and the wider Warwickshire area. The Role

• Joining an established Wills & Probate team based in the Leamington Spa office
• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion
• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning matters
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Handling trusts and estate administration matters
• Running files independently with minimal supervision
• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues, both in writing and over the phone
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently, with regular updates to clients on progress and costs
• Delivering a consistently high level of client care across all matters

You

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ experience handling a full Wills & Probate caseload
• Confident managing files independently while contributing positively within a team environment
• An excellent communicator with a calm, professional and client-focused approach
• Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales
• Commercially aware, with a strong and consistent fee income record
• Committed to delivering outstanding client care on every matter
