Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE)
Location: Greater Manchester
PQE: 5+ PQE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a leading, award-winning law firm in Greater Manchester. This is an opportunity to join a modern, supportive and forward-thinking Private Client team, handling a high-quality caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning matters.

Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, providing expert legal advice to individuals, families and high-net-worth clients.
Your caseload will include:

• Wills and Will drafting
• Estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and trust administration
• Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
• Court of Protection matters
• General private client and succession planning

You will be responsible for managing matters from instruction through to completion, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
The role will also provide the opportunity to support and mentor junior members of the Private Client department and contribute to the continued development and growth of the team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE in Private Client law
• Strong experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Planning
• Good knowledge of Inheritance Tax and Trusts
• Experience managing your own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• The ability to build strong and lasting client relationships
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues would be advantageous
