Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive or Experienced Paralegal – Nuneaton – £28,000 to £55,000

This is an opportunity to join a well-established, Legal 500-recognised regional law firm with a strong presence in Warwickshire and the Midlands. The role
- Managing a varied Private Client caseload including wills, probate and related matters
- Working independently on files with appropriate support where required
- Meeting clients in the office and, where necessary, attending home visits
- Drafting high-quality legal documentation including correspondence, court documents and attendance notes
- Maintaining accurate files and ensuring effective case management throughout
- Recording time in line with firm procedures and assisting with billing as needed
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Attending departmental meetings and contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Following reasonable instructions from senior colleagues and department heads

You
- A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 1 year PQE, or
- An experienced Paralegal with experience running your own caseload under supervision
- Solid knowledge of Private Client law and legal procedures
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Windows, with strong keyboard skills
- Comfortable working within quality and case management systems (Tikit experience is desirable)
- Proactive, organised and able to use initiative when dealing with clients
- Professional, empathetic and discreet when handling sensitive matters
- A team player with a flexible and positive approach to work
- Able to travel between offices and attend off-site appointments when required
