Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (4+ PQE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a thriving and friendly Wills, Trusts & Probate team at a well regarded Legal 500 firm in Basingstoke.

The Role
You’ll manage a broad caseload including:
• Drafting wills and estate planning (including HNW clients)
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and management
• Advising on LPAs and Court of Protection matters
You’ll play an active role in business development, team events, and client care, with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years’ PQE in Wills, Trusts & Probate
• STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
• Excellent technical knowledge and client-handling skills
• Commercially aware and confident in building client relationships
• A team player who thrives in a supportive and growing department
