Caseload includes wills, trusts and estates. For any applicants, experience preparing and advising lasting powers of attorneys is essential. Being STEP qualified is advantageous but not essential.  In this position the long term goal is for someone who is able to have full autonomy and run their own caseload with minimal supervision, the firm have invested in software to ensure the day-to-day of the position to streamline workflow and support day-to-day operations.
