The Role
- Work as part of a busy, award-winning Private Client team
- Advise on and draft Wills
- Prepare and manage Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Handle Court of Protection applications
- Advise on, create and administer Trusts
- Manage the full administration of estates
- Provide general estate planning services
- Manage your own caseload with appropriate support from colleagues
- Deal efficiently with client enquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to provide private client expertise where needed
- Support ongoing business development and help strengthen the team’s market presence
You
- A Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE
- Confident handling a wide range of private client matters
- Skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proactive, solution-focused and committed to exceeding client expectations
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to contribute effectively to team performance
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and genuinely motivated to develop your career within my client’s respected team
- A collaborative team player with strong initiative and problem-solving ability
- Strong IT, organisational and academic credentials
