The role

• Managing your own caseload of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate matters
• Supporting clients through the administration of estates with empathy and professionalism
• Preparing probate documentation and associated correspondence using specialist case management software
• Working closely with an established Private Client team while building your own confidence and capability — are you looking for a role where you can truly develop within Probate rather than just assist from the sidelines?
• Liaising directly with clients, beneficiaries and third parties throughout matters
• Maintaining organised files and ensuring high standards of client care
• Contributing positively to a growing department where your input will genuinely matter

You

• Previous experience within Probate or Private Client is ideal
• Candidates without direct experience will be considered if you hold a law degree, CILEx (or equivalent), or are studying towards LPC or SQE
• A genuine interest in Wills and Probate, with clear motivation to build a career in this area
• Confident communication skills and a professional, compassionate manner
• Organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple matters
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
