The role

• Provide support to fee earners on Wills, Probate, and Lasting Power of Attorney matters
• Assist in preparing estate accounts, letters of administration, and other key legal documents
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and external organisations in a professional and compassionate manner
• Carry out legal research and draft correspondence under supervision
• Manage file administration, compliance checks, and billing tasks

• Prior experience in a private client department
