Private Client Solicitor | Fully Remote (North East) | Leading UK Firm

I’m currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded UK law firm with a market-leading private wealth practice.

This role can be fully remote for candidates based in the North East, with occasional travel to Head office for team collaboration and meetings.

The successful candidate will join a growing and collaborative team advising a broad range of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, trustees and executors, on complex and often cross-border matters.

The role will involve:

• Drafting wills and powers of attorney
• Advising on estate and trust administration
• Estate planning and trust structuring work
• Supporting clients with tax planning matters
• Advising high-net-worth individuals on complex private client issues
• Cross-border succession and tax advice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues across family, tax, corporate, litigation and real estate teams

The ideal candidate will:

• Be 2–6 years PQE
• Be qualified in England & Wales
• Have strong technical private client experience
• Be commercially minded with excellent client care skills
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
• Have a genuine interest in complex private wealth work

STEP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
