My client is currently looking for a Private Client Fee Earner / Paralegal to join a friendly and supportive Private Client team based in Crawley.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Wills and Probate who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop their technical knowledge and fee-earning experience within a supportive environment.

You will have the opportunity to work with clients directly, take instructions and manage your own caseload of straightforward matters, whilst having access to guidance and supervision from an experienced Head of Department.

The ideal candidate will be confident, organised and relatively self-sufficient, whilst knowing when to seek support on more complex matters.

About You They are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience within Private Client, Wills and/or Probate.
• Is comfortable meeting clients and taking instructions.
• Has experience dealing with straightforward estates, ideally with some exposure to managing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Can work independently and manage their time effectively.
• Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Is confident taking ownership of their work whilst being comfortable asking for guidance when required.
• Is keen to develop their knowledge and progress their legal career.
• Is ideally working towards, or interested in working towards, a recognised legal qualification.

Training & Career Development This is a role where your development is genuinely supported.

You will receive regular 1-to-1 support and training from the Head of Department, with guidance available as you develop your technical knowledge and take on greater responsibility.
