Description
This is a firm that genuinely invests in its people, offering excellent career development opportunities alongside ongoing training, support and mentoring.
You'll enjoy a varied caseload of interesting and challenging work, whilst benefiting from a collaborative and supportive team environment where your contribution is recognised and valued.
It's likely you'll have a minimum of 4 years' PQE and be confident advising clients across the full range of private client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Deeds of Variation and Inheritance Tax planning.
You'll be someone who takes real pride in the service you provide, is diligent in your approach and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for your clients. Strong organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload effectively. You'll be equally comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team, building positive relationships with colleagues, clients and professional contacts alike.
Given the nature of the work, you'll be a natural communicator with the ability to adapt your approach depending on your audience. Compassion, empathy and a genuine desire to help people are qualities that will serve you particularly well in this role.
You'll also enjoy developing relationships and networking, have a positive, proactive attitude and possess strong commercial awareness, taking ownership of billing and work in progress whilst contributing to the continued success of the team.
In addition to a competitive salary, there is a discretionary performance bonus, generous annual leave entitlement, including a Christmas and New Year office closure, wellbeing support initiatives and the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis following an initial settling-in period.
