You'll work alongside highly respected Partners and Real Estate specialists on a diverse range of complex property matters, from new hospital developments and healthcare estates to regeneration schemes, strategic asset management and major land transactions. The Role
- Manage your own varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advise a broad client base including healthcare providers, local authorities, public sector organisations and other major institutional clients.
- Handle acquisitions, disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant matters, regeneration schemes and strategic asset management work.
- Work closely with Partners and senior colleagues on complex, high-value transactions.
- Play an active role in developing long-term client relationships and identifying business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with specialists across wider Real Estate and Property Litigation teams on multidisciplinary matters.
You
- Qualified Solicitor with strong commercial real estate experience.
- Previous healthcare property experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
- Commercially minded with excellent technical ability.
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding client service and pragmatic commercial advice.
