I am currently working with a well-established law firm in Sussex that’s looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join and expand their successful Personal Injury team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own caseload while working alongside an experienced partner with a strong reputation in the region. The team has been achieving excellent results for clients for decades and is looking for someone to contribute to its continued success.

What the role involves You’ll handle a broad range of personal injury cases, including:

• Road traffic accident claims
• Some clinical negligence matters, such as misdiagnosis and failure to treat

You’ll be trusted to manage your cases independently while supporting the overall development of the team. The firm values modern working practices, compliance, and efficiency, so someone who’s tech-savvy and proactive will fit right in.
