In this role you will work specifically with clients who have suffered injury through an accident at work or in a public space. EL/PL and general Personal Injury experience of at least 1 year is required. 

You must have  experience of representing pursuers in personal injury matters in the Sheriff Courts and All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court, have strong client facing skills, be highly organised and deadline driven and be able to meet/exceed your fee earning targets.
