This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload, working across both pre-litigation and litigated matters, from straightforward claims through to complex and high-value serious injury cases.
In this role, you’ll not only deliver excellent results for clients but also play a key part in generating fee income and contributing to the wider success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of personal injury claims, covering both pre-litigation and litigated work.
- Handle a broad range of cases, from routine injury claims to complex and serious injury matters.
- Deliver high-quality client care at every stage of the claims process.
- Achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards of work and service.
- Actively contribute to the team’s performance and success.
About You
- At least 4 years’ PQE in Personal Injury.
- Proven track record in managing injury claims, including complex and high-value cases.
- Strong commitment to client care and service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in case management systems, with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
