In this role, you’ll not only deliver excellent results for clients but also play a key part in generating fee income and contributing to the wider success of the team.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of personal injury claims, covering both pre-litigation and litigated work.
• Handle a broad range of cases, from routine injury claims to complex and serious injury matters.
• Deliver high-quality client care at every stage of the claims process.
• Achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards of work and service.
• Actively contribute to the team’s performance and success.

About You

• At least 4 years’ PQE in Personal Injury.
• Proven track record in managing injury claims, including complex and high-value cases.
• Strong commitment to client care and service excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in case management systems, with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
