You'll be someone who can independently run a full caseload of credit hire claims, both litigated and pre-litigated. You'll draft pleadings, prepare court documents, and represent clients in court. 

Commercially astute you'll have strong leadership skills and will confidently manage and support your less experienced team members providing mentorship,  helping them to develop their skills through delivering training and supervision.
