You'll work with some of the best in the business and have a broad and interesting caseload covering road traffic, occupier liability, employer and public liability cases as well as industrial disease and medical negligence work.

You'll have enjoyed a PI focused Traineeship or have a minimum of 1 years' previous experience. You'll be confident investigating and assessing claims and deciding when to litigate.

Court experience is essential.

This role ideally shall be based from Glasgow but Edinburgh based candidates are also of interest if you are willing to travel to Glasgow initially.
