Office Manager | Law Firm | Leeds & Harrogate
£25000-£35000 DOE
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our growing full-service law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and playing a key role in the smooth running of a professional office.
Location:
Leeds (4 days per week)
Harrogate (1 day per week)
This is a fully office-based role.
The Role
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our offices, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and professionally. You will support the wider team, manage administrative processes, and help create a productive and welcoming working environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Leeds and Harrogate offices
  • Supervising administrative and support staff where applicable
  • Coordinating office facilities, supplies, and service providers
  • Supporting partners and fee earners with operational and administrative needs
  • Managing office systems, processes, and internal procedures
  • Assisting with HR administration, onboarding, and staff coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
  • Acting as a key point of contact for office-related matters

About You

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Practice Manager, or similar operational role
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment
