Outstanding opportunity to join a fantastic private practice and become part of its widely respected Rural Property Team.

This role is open to candidates who have recently qualified or are soon to qualify, ideally you shall have some experience of rural property matters during your traineeship, however candidate who have solid property experience and a keen interest in rural matters shall be considered.

This is a great private practice, they have an enviable reputation both for their work but also how well they look after their teams. They have a low attrition rate which speaks for itself and you will be supported and given the opportunity to further deepen your skills and expertise within rural property work.

Matters you shall be involved with include - the sale and acquisition of rural properties such as estates, forests and farms, assisting with option and lease agreements for renewable energy projects and access agreements for renewable energy projects.

You must be someone who can demonstrate their passion for this area of law and be prepared to undertake responsibility for maintaining an understanding of relevant law, policy and practice, and to identify where legal research is required.

Excellent communication skills and a willingness to participate in business development is required.
