The Role
- Working on a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, director and shareholder issues, professional negligence and injunctions
- Advising clients clearly and confidently, ensuring their objectives are met while maintaining strong service standards
- Managing all aspects of client relationships, from instruction to billing
- Preparing, reviewing and drafting legal documents for hearings and substantive matters
- Developing litigation strategies in collaboration with senior colleagues
- Ensuring full compliance with file management processes and regulatory requirements
- Handling cases proactively from start to finish, providing clear updates to senior team members
- Supporting the wider dispute resolution team and contributing to its ongoing growth
You
- A solicitor with around 1–4 years’ PQE in commercial dispute resolution
- Able to handle straightforward matters independently while seeking guidance where needed
- Confident in identifying relevant legal principles and applying them effectively
- Someone who produces high-quality work and is willing to go the extra mile
- Approachable, communicative and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Keen to grow, develop and learn within a high-performing, supportive team
