Litigation Paralegal - Landlord & Tenant Focus | Bristol | Hybrid | Established Regional Firm 

If you’re an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for a role that offers variety, responsibility, and meaningful client contact, this is an excellent opportunity to join one of Bristol’s longest-established firms with a strong reputation across both private and commercial work.

You’ll join the firm’s busy Litigation team, supporting landlords, letting agents, and a diverse mix of private and commercial clients on a wide range of contentious matters. The work is fast-paced and engaging, covering everything from possession claims and rent recovery to wider civil disputes and contentious probate work.

Day to day, you’ll handle applications for the recovery of possession of property, from serving notices and liaising with clients and courts to securing and enforcing possession orders. You’ll also deal with rent arrears recovery and standard money claims, using County Court enforcement processes as needed. Alongside this, you’ll assist fee earners with case preparation across a broad litigation caseload, including property disputes and probate matters.

Experience supervising or delegating to junior staff is welcomed, as is a collaborative approach to working within an open-plan team environment.
