Dispute Resolution/ Litigation Paralegal – Coventry – £24,000 to £28,000

My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Coventry, recognised in the Legal 500 for its professionalism, reliability, and exceptional client service. The role

  • Provide full paralegal support within the Dispute Resolution department, assisting a Senior Solicitor
  • Liaise with clients, experts, third-party solicitors, and Counsel to progress matters efficiently
  • Carry out compliance checks, maintain accurate files, and manage case documentation
  • Draft correspondence, court documentation, statements of evidence, attendance notes, and other documents as required
  • Undertake legal research to support case preparation and enhance professional knowledge
  • Prepare court bundles in accordance with CPR guidelines and ensure key dates are accurately recorded
  • Attend department and firm-wide meetings, provide general administrative support, and assist with other reasonable instructions

You

  • At least one year of experience in a Dispute Resolution or Litigation department
  • Strong case management skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Confident in using initiative and handling clients professionally
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work additional hours when required
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly
