Working arrangement: Flexible hybrid policy (3 days in office)

Are you a commercially minded solicitor looking for a varied in-house role with high-value commercial and project exposure?

We’re partnering with a major international organisation seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Legal Team. This is a broad, business-facing role offering real ownership, strong stakeholder exposure, and involvement in strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and negotiate commercial and supplier contracts
• Advise on procurement, operational projects, and business initiatives
• Provide pragmatic risk analysis and guidance to stakeholders
• Support disputes, regulatory compliance, and governance matters

About You:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years PQE
• Strong commercial contracts experience
• Comfortable managing stakeholders and balancing legal risk with business objectives
• Pragmatic, collaborative, and confident in a fast-moving environment
