Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary – Conveyancing & Private Client
Evesham | Full Time | Office Based
Salary: £24,500 – £32,000 DOE

We are looking for an organised and proactive Legal Assistant / Secretary to join our friendly and supportive team in Evesham.

This is a varied role providing support across both our Conveyancing and Private Client departments, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse workload and working closely with clients and fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors and fee earners
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Managing diaries, appointments and client communications
  • Opening and closing files
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and third parties
  • General office administration duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous legal secretary or legal assistant experience (preferably in Conveyancing and/or Private Client)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage a busy workload efficiently
  • A professional and client-focused approach
  • Good IT and typing skills
