  • Confident coaching and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience using learning technologies and data analytics
  • CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent) desirable
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently

What You’ll Bring

  • A creative and forward-thinking approach to learning
  • Passion for developing people and improving performance
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas
  • A collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary + bonus scheme
  • Generous annual leave + additional time off over Christmas
  • Pension contribution and life assurance
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme
  • Wellbeing benefits and retail discounts
  • Flexible benefits (including cycle to work & electric vehicle scheme)
  • Supportive, inclusive culture with real career progression opportunities
