Do you have at least 6 months experience working in Residential Conveyancing but eager to learn more? A fantastic opportunity is available at a specialist conveyancing firm in Leeds City Centre and the scope for growth is huge.
So what will you be doing?
- Proactively deal with enquiries to make sure they are resolved as soon as possible
- Agree exchange and completion dates with clients
- Prepare completion statements on sale matters ensuring that all files conclude with no shortfall
- Be able to "sign off" cases once the relevant training has concluded
- Exchange contracts on unrelated sale transactions
- You will start to deal with purchase cases and leasehold sales with guidance from a Team Leader or Team Lawyer
Who are they looking for?
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in Residential Conveyancing
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets and work well under pressure
- Previous admin/customer service experience
- Ideally, you have experience working in a high volume environment
- Ideally, you are studying for the CLC Qualification but this isn't essential
