Insolvency Litigation role in London.
3-8 years PQE.
You will be working alongside a Partner in a growing Litigation team in London.
You will work on shareholder and director disputes dealing with matters such as director’s disqualification, corporate restructuring and refinancing, bankruptcy, administrations, receiverships, liquidations and retention of title claims etc. 
You should have a background in managing a caseload of insolvency litigation and commercial dispute resolution work, with a strong track record of acting for company directors and shareholders. 
This is a fantastic opportunity within a growing team and to work closely with a highly experienced Partner.
