Are you a confident HR professional ready to make a real impact in a values-led, employee-owned professional services firm? We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to support the delivery of our people strategy and contribute to the continued growth of a well-established, multi-office organisation.

In this role, you will provide a proactive, commercially focused HR service to managers and employees. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support a full range of employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary, capability and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice. You will also oversee absence management, including Bradford Factor reporting, and contribute to wider wellbeing initiatives.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will support recruitment planning and help build a strong talent pipeline aligned to business objectives. You will supervise and develop junior HR team members, while contributing to HR reporting, salary benchmarking and retention strategies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar HR role and be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards). You will have a strong understanding of employment law, excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to build credible relationships across all levels of the business. Professionalism, sound judgement and a pragmatic approach are essential.
