The right candidate will need connections or to be a strong business developer. Work will be referred from the firm's other office and departments, but they need to develop local relationships with estate agents and so on. Candidate Criteria:

• Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive of 5+ PQE.
• Specialist in Residential Conveyancing.
• Excellent client care from building client relationships to maintaining a client base.
• Ability to handle a varied caseload and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Team development from training to supporting junior professionals.
• Enforcing processes and procedures in the department.
