Front of House Assistant – Glasgow
Salary - Competitive
Vacancy for an experienced and highly motivated Front of House Assistant to join a busy Support Services team based in Glasgow. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment and delivering a high standard of internal service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • General despatch duties, including deliveries and collections
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming and internal mail
  • Collection of post at scheduled times throughout the day
  • Messenger duties
  • Copying and scanning documents
  • Switchboard and reception duties
  • Booking and coordination of meeting rooms
  • General archiving duties (files, wills, powers of attorney and titles), including liaising with off-site storage providers
  • Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested by management
  • Occasional travel to Edinburgh to provide holiday or sickness cover (agreed in advance)

About You:

  • Previous experience working in an office environment (legal or professional services experience preferred)
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Confident using PCs and office systems, including intranet, internet and external databases
  • Reliable, flexible and service-driven with a positive approach to work
