The Role

You will join a friendly and ambitious Family team in a positive and collaborative office environment. This is a full time, permanent, office based position.

Working closely with experienced and engaging solicitors, you will manage your own varied caseload of privately funded family matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of client care and professionalism throughout.

Your experience will include:

Divorce and financial remedy matters
Private children law
TOLATA claims
Family Law Act proceedings
Pre and post nuptial agreements
Separation and cohabitation agreements
Advocacy

About You

You will have upwards of 2 years’ PQE in Family Law and be confident handling a broad caseload with minimal supervision.

You will also demonstrate:

A genuine enthusiasm for your own development and that of the wider team
A commitment to delivering high quality work with integrity and professionalism
The ability to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and client care skills
