Partner (Head of Department)
Location: Birmingham City Centre

I'm working with a well-established firm undertaking succession planning, and they’re seeking a forward-thinking Family Law Partner ready to take the next step in their career.

This is a rare opportunity to lead and shape a highly regarded Family Law department, based in the centre of Birmingham with excellent transport links.

In this position, you’ll be leading a team of 10+, advising on a broad range of family law matters, including high-value financial cases and complex Children Act proceedings. A well-rounded background across all aspects of family law is essential.

This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset and a passion for developing talent, strengthening client relationships, and driving departmental growth.
