Conveyancer | Established East London Firm

An established East London practice with nearly fifty years serving its local community is looking for a skilled Conveyancer to join its growing property team. This is a mid-sized, high street legacy firm that has expanded significantly under new leadership, tripling in size in just a few years. The firm continues to attract a high volume of quality work through its longstanding reputation and strong local relationships.

The firm specialises primarily in property but is full service so enjoys plenty cross referrals. Property work covers full-scope, end-to-end residential and commercial matters. The team is structured into five partner-led groups, each with dedicated support, creating an organised, well-supported environment. 

The role
You will manage your own mixed caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish. You will work within a partner-led team with access to support staff, contributing to a busy, high-performing department trusted throughout the area. All instructions are organic and relationship-driven, so you will play a key role in maintaining and nurturing client connections.

About you
You will be an experienced Conveyancer, either CILEX-qualified or a Solicitor, confident in running a full range of files independently. You will enjoy being part of a fast-paced, friendly, and community-focused firm, and you will value the chance to grow alongside a practice that is genuinely expanding. The firm is open to considering higher salary bands for candidates with strong experience or a local following.
