Employment Solicitor (2–5 PQE)
Location: Winchester
Salary: £58,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a long standing, respected team in Winchester. This role offers a balanced caseload across contentious and non contentious employment matters, with a focus on delivering practical, commercially sound advice to a long standing employer and employee client base.

The Role
You’ll handle a broad mix of advisory and litigation work, including:
• Day-to-day HR/employment queries from SMEs and individuals
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, handbooks, and policies
• Tribunal work including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims
• TUPE, restructures, and redundancies
• Settlement agreements and senior exits
There’s scope to work autonomously with partner level support and develop client relationships over time.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years’ PQE in employment law
• Comfortable managing your own matters with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and drafting skills
• Commercial mindset and team-orientated approach
