The caseload will predominantly focus on contentious and respondent work, including tribunal cases, though there will also be some involvement with non-contentious advisory tasks. Tribunal experience is highly desirable.

You’ll advise on a variety of issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, and general HR/employment support.
