Salary: (Dependent on Experience circa £60k-£65k)
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Employment Solicitor to join a top-tier, well-established team in our clients Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a legal team with a strong focus on delivering high-quality advice to a diverse client base- and with a great reputation that precedes them.
Key Responsibilities:
You will provide expert employment law advice primarily to clients in the healthcare sector, handling a wide range of matters including contracts, disputes, regulatory compliance and employee relations. The role involves working with a variety of commercial clients, offering exposure to different industries and legal challenges. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams and take part in continuous professional development programmes.
About You:
You will be an NQ+ solicitor with some experience or exposure to employment law, confident in your communication and client-handling abilities. You’re proactive, motivated, and keen to develop your expertise, particularly in the healthcare and commercial sectors. If your experience sits outside these areas, the firm offers strong support and training to help you build the necessary knowledge. You’re someone who works well both independently and within a team, manages your time and documentation efficiently, and brings strong attention to detail along with the people skills needed to build positive client relationships.
