The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Employment Solicitor (1–3 years’ PQE) to join the growing Nottingham team. This is a great chance to develop your career in a top-ranked national team, working alongside highly experienced lawyers and partners.

- Support senior lawyers on complex employment law matters across a broad range of sectors
- Handle your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
- Get involved in advising clients on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, TUPE, contracts, and policies
- Represent clients in tribunal claims under supervision, with opportunities to run your own matters
- Contribute to client relationships and assist with business development activities
- Collaborate with a friendly, dynamic team in a flexible, supportive environment

Are you a bright, ambitious junior lawyer looking for top-quality work in a nationally ranked team?
