The Role:
This isn’t your average legal role. You’ll be working across both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for a variety of clients—both employers and employees. Your experience will help guide clients through complex challenges, offering sound legal advice and excellent service every step of the way.
Expect to handle:
- Redundancy & Unfair Dismissal cases
- Employment Tribunal claims
- Discrimination & parental rights matters
- Drafting and negotiating Employment Contracts & Settlement Agreements
What They’re Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ PQE in Employment Law
- Confident managing a broad, hands-on caseload
- A proactive and personable approach to client relationships
- Business development experience or enthusiasm to help grow the practice
