I’m working with a well-known national practice who are looking to add an Associate Solicitor to their defendant EL/PL team in Glasgow. This is a great chance to join a firm with a strong reputation in insurance litigation and be part of a friendly, supportive team environment.

The role will see you handling a broad mix of EL/PL matters for a variety of clients, with plenty of opportunities to get stuck into interesting and complex cases. You’ll be trusted to manage your own files, but you’ll also have the chance to work alongside senior colleagues on larger and higher-value disputes. It’s a busy team, but one where people look out for each other and where development is encouraged.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in personal injury litigation, particularly on the defendant side, and be comfortable running your own caseload through the Scottish courts. Strong drafting skills and the ability to give clear, commercial advice will be important, as well as being able to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
