The Role The successful candidate will join a dynamic and collaborative Dispute Resolution team, advising a diverse client base on matters ranging from day-to-day dispute management to complex litigation. The work is broad and stimulating, covering areas such as:

• Commercial litigation
• Contentious construction
• Contentious probate
• Procurement disputes
• Intellectual property and IT disputes
• Data protection and reputation management

The team has a strong national presence and works on matters of significant commercial value, often in fast-moving and high-pressure environments.

Candidate Profile The firm is looking for an individual who is:

• A qualified solicitor or legal executive with 5+ years PQE in dispute resolution and commercial litigation
• Technically strong, with experience across a broad range of commercial dispute matters
• Skilled in managing client relationships with professionalism, clarity, and care
• Proactive, commercially aware, and solution-focused
• A natural team player, happy to support business development initiatives and take ownership where needed

Sector-specific experience (in contentious construction, probate, IP, IT, data, etc.) is desirable but not essential.
