The role
- Handle high-quality private equity and M&A work within a thriving corporate team
- Gain exposure to domestic and international M&A, capital markets, investment acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate structuring
- Work closely with local and national colleagues across an integrated corporate unit
- Support a diverse client base across multiple sectors
- Take on early responsibility while learning from experienced deal leaders
- Hybrid role offering flexibility and balance

You
- Ideally 4+ years’ PQE in corporate/M&A
- Personable, confident and commercially minded
- Capable of delivering strong technical work while supporting junior colleagues
- Comfortable building client relationships and engaging in business development
- Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and external advisers
- Strong communicator who can manage stakeholders at all levels
- Ambitious and keen to build a presence in the local business community
