A new Company Commercial Paralegal role has come on in London. 
You will join a small, collaborative corporate and commercial team based in London, supporting solicitors and partners on a broad range of corporate, commercial and finance matters.
This is a hands-on corporate paralegal position offering exposure to high-value, cross-border transactions and a full range of corporate, commercial, finance, and compliance work. The role combines substantive legal experience with regulatory and administrative responsibilities.  The team services the full range of business law requirements of the firm’s clients, thus providing wide and diverse experience to its more junior members.
You will support lawyers on domestic and cross-border share and business acquisitions and disposals as well as preparing and maintaining due diligence reports and data rooms and reviewing corporate, commercial, and financial documents as part of due diligence. You will also assist in the drafting and negotiation of key transaction documents, including NDAs, term sheets, HoTs, SPAs, BPAs, and disclosure letters and assist with the drafting, reviewing and negotiating joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements etc. 
You should have a minimum of 6 months experience within company commercial law in order to be eligible for thie role.
