I am helping one of the top firms in the UK to find a corporate solicitor for their Birmingham office. My client are regarded as one of the best firms for the quality of their corporate offering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor, still relatively early in their career, to continue their development surrounded by some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in corporate law.

The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of:

• Complex and high value M&A transactions
• Reorganisations
• MBO's & MBI's
• Shareholder and Investor agreements
• Partnerships
• Funding and Security

Experience in private equity investments and equity capital markets is beneficial but not essential.

The successful candidate will have between 2 to 5 years qualifying experience, and will demonstrate a strong work ethic, ability to work well in a team setting, and willingness to engage in business development and networking activities.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
