The Role

• Lead the Conveyancing Department across multiple office locations.
• Manage and supervise a team of conveyancers, including regular meetings, appraisals, and ongoing training.
• Oversee all aspects of residential conveyancing work from instruction through to completion.
• Report to senior management on compliance, risk, and business development initiatives.
• Contribute to departmental strategy and succession planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, referrers, and clients.
• Opportunity to handle commercial conveyancing matters if desired.

You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team within a conveyancing environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
• Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail and client care.
• Able to manage a busy caseload while supporting colleagues and maintaining high professional standards.
