Your Position
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play an integral part in the Residential Property team, working closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners on a wide range of matters. You’ll gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the full conveyancing process. This is not an administrative position, you will be play an integral part in all process'.

• Supporting solicitors with all stages of residential sales and purchases
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports on title, and completion statements
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Managing key documentation and ensuring accurate file progression
• Conducting searches, raising enquiries, and preparing completion packs
• Assisting with post-completion formalities, including SDLT and Land Registry submissions
