The role

• Assist fee earners in handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
• Manage files for freehold, leasehold, new-build, and remortgage transactions
• Draft correspondence, contracts, and other documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress on files
• Conduct searches, prepare completion statements, and support in the submission of SDLT and registration forms

You

• At least 1 year of experience in a residential conveyancing department
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
• A proactive and positive approach to teamwork
